UX Designer is required for a full-time role based in Hobart.

**Your new role**

As the UX Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating seamless and delightful user experiences across digital platforms.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviours.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback.- Optimise user flows, interactions, and information architecture.- Champion usability best practices and accessibility standards.- Work closely with UI designers to translate wireframes into visually appealing interfaces.- Maintain consistency in design elements and patterns.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools, interface prototyping, design and development (Figma or similar)
- Experience in agile development practices, user research, user-centred design methodologies, information architecture and usability testing
- Ability to drive digital transformation through well-developed change management skills
- Problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking and strong communication skills are essential.
