Site Supervisor

Aultun has an exciting opportunity available for a Building Supervisor to join our team. Reporting into our Project Manager, you’ll look after the construction of a number of medium density and multi-residential builds whilst ensuring compliance with timeframes, budgets and quality standards.
- Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance
- Supervising construction of townhouses at varying stages of the build process
- Coordinating onsite works with sub-contractors
- Arranging supplies of material and equipment ad verifying delivery
- Reporting to management re onsite activity
- Maintaining and updating the Procore system
- Monitoring and strictly controlling spending
- Ensuring regular, consistent, and informative communication with your Project Manager and fellow Supervisors
- Complete quality assurance inspections during the construction
**About You**:
- Experience with coordinating and managing trades personnel
- Ability to program/schedule trades
- Thorough understating of party walls and fire separation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Current drivers license
Projects shall include but are not limited to apartments, homes, offices, stores and housing estates.
