This role will oversee the team of Receptionists across our clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative function, provision of bookings, and billing support. You will seek opportunities to improve the delivery of premium service, and coach and develop our passionate admin workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our Site Chiefs, and Assistant Regional Managers to ensure the day to day management of the clinic.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the admin function to achieve maximum efficiencies and enhance the patient experience.
  • Foster a positive team environment where team members are engaged and motivated.
  • Drive our patient-first culture, ensuring prompt and satisfactory service to patients and referrers.
  • Utilize leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries relevant to billing, banking, and Medicare.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to team members, while setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback

You Will Have

  • Strong existing leadership and customer service experience
  • Background in admin or medical practice management
  • Experience in medical imaging or Radiology admin would be preferred but is not essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Solid organizational and time management skills is essential.
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation will be highly regarded.
