**The Role**:
The Logistics Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager in fulfilling orders by ensuring all required documentation and coordination is carried out in a timely matter.

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator will be required to prioritise orders and the processes required to fulfill production and ensure all orders are completed within the necessary time frame. Working closely with the Sales Account Managers and the Operations team both locally and overseas, they will be required to communicate and manage the status of each order.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the goods supply chain by monitoring orders and logistics status
- Analysing processes and finding efficiencies
- Routing and re-routing orders
- Monitoring shipments, deliveries, timelines, and costs
- Reporting on performance
- Addressing inventory issues and resolving shipment issues
- Answering customer enquiries
- Communicate with Retail Clients
- Process data and reports into excel and our database.
- Communicate with overseas based factories, following up stock availability
- Liaising with suppliers and transport companies

**Who we are looking for**:

- A proactive approach to tasks at hand - flexible in duties required to get the job done.
- Ideally have 12 months Supply Chain/Logistics experience
- Enjoy a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel Skills - Vlookup & Pivot Tables
- Ability to prioritise with good time management
- Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- A sense of pride and ownership of own work
