Proactively analysing issues and managing their resolution, which may result in variations to the service contracts, to support the achievement of transport objectives and outcomes. Consulting, collaborating, and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and representing the department at various forums such as Contract Management meetings. - Providing expert advice and preparing complex ministerial correspondence, performance reports, briefing notes, cabinet submissions and other general correspondence on behalf of the Minister, Director-General, Deputy Director General, General Manager and Executive Director.
