**The Opportunity**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join our highly successful technology recruitment team with recruitment, relationship management and business development. This is a permanent role, which will see you specialising in data and analytics roles, inheriting an existing client base setting you up for high performance from day one.

This integral and challenging role will encompass duties such as:

- Growing market share and knowledge across the accounting and finance market.
- Building and developing client relationships through business development and key account management;
- Introducing key talent to our clients for their vacancy needs. Work on retained permanent roles and exclusive positions within our specialised market.
- Managing submissions for clients within agreed timeframes (speed to market);
- Identification of new roles;
- Meeting service delivery and sales targets.
