Our Client are in partnership with many of Australia and New Zealand's leading businesses across major industries including Mining and Resources, Oil and Gas, Government and Defence, Education, Aviation, Health, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics
- Working 25hours per week - 5hours a day

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily cash balance
- Updating the actuals for consolidated daily cash flow
- Assists with sending Drawdown/Repayment Notices to the Bank
- Posting Corresponding General Ledger Entry into the ERP System
- Setup of New Users & Re-allocation between Divisions as required
- Maintains the Expense Management System
- Attends to Ad Hoc Cardholder queries
- Assists with updating/maintaining Bank Account Authorities for all Accounts
- Assists with Opening and Closure of Bank Accounts as required
- Send Monthly Export files & Accruals to Divisional Finance

**About you**:

- Understanding of Cashflow and Cash management
- Systems Knowledge & understanding of Internal Controls
- Banking experience
- Strong work Ethic
