Integrale Homes is a Sunshine Coast Based Residential Builder is seeking an Experienced Production Estimator, the successful applicant will be joining a highly dedicated, driven team.

**The Role**:
Working within the estimating department, you will be responsible for accurate materials take off's, costings to minimize job overruns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production estimating
- Resolving ordering overruns and making amendments as required
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Maintaining and updating estimating software
- Obtaining and Comparing Subcontractor & Supplier Quotes
- Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials required

**Experience Required**:

- Good construction knowledge
- Volume building estimating experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with estimating software & excel.
- Position will Favour onsite construction experience.

Remuneration is negotiable based upon experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
