**About the Role**

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Training Manager to lead the charge in uplifting our sales and after-sales teams.
- Develop and manage targeted sales and after-sales training programs.
- Deliver courses on branding, EV features, effective sales process and sales techniques, customer experience, customer retention, etc.
- Collaborate across departments to swiftly address training needs.
- Improve the after-sales training system and related processes.
- Create impactful training materials, including presentations and e-learning modules.
- Monitor and refine training programs for optimal effectiveness. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Training Manager in the EV or automotive sector.
- Expertise in sales training, branding, and product knowledge.
- Rich experience in automotive after-sales work and familiar with the job responsibilities of various after-sales positions.
- Proficient in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Leadership capabilities for guiding a team.
- Analytical mindset for assessing training program impact.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
