The role
The Head Coach - Diving is responsible for the Diving syllabus and program from recreational to elite levels. The purpose of the position is to provide a safe, professional and well organised Diving program for Pymble students. The role facilitates all aspects of the Program and effectively plans, programs and supervises all strands of Diving at Pymble Ladies College. The role reports to the Head of Coaching and Performance (K-12) and this position also works alongside the Heads of Sport K-12.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
- Extensive experience and expertise in the sport of Diving
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a diving program
- Expertise in developing training programs for Diving across all ability levels
- Diving level qualifications in line with current standards and requirements
- Current car driver’s license, additional license to drive a bus desirable but not essential
- Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
