**The Role**

Reporting to the Process Manager, the Process Lead role sits within the wider Transformation team.

You are responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering change initiatives resulting in measurable outcomes across the organisation using a combination of lean process improvement discipline and tools to execute and deliver.

You will be accountable for embedding process maturity within your allocated Value Stream and work to uplift the knowledge across the organisation on the philosophy and practices associated with Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement.

Where appropriate, you will support and coach others to complete their own process improvement opportunities.

**About You**

A seasoned process improvement champion, you possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.

You possess extensive experience in process modeling using BPMN 2.0 and process mining. As a SME, you are also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or possess the equivalent certification.

With a strong track record in delivering process improvement or operational excellence outcomes, you are most energised when presented with the opportunity to investigate and solve a complex problem with a willingness to roll your sleeves up to “get it done”.
