**Position: Store Manager**

**About Us**: At Don Don Dumpling, we are transforming the fast-food experience with cutting-edge digital systems and intelligent kitchen technology. Our mission is to bring delicious and affordable Chinese cuisine to a wider audience, and we need dedicated managers to help lead our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Manage and motivate the team, including recruiting, training, and scheduling staff.
- Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to meet performance targets and maintain profitability.
- Ensure that food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Implement company policies and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational efficiency.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for the food service industry.
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role (fast-food experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use digital systems to manage operations and optimize performance.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $52.38 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
