**Relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.**

The position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry leading training, Award wages and a uniform. Business hours are 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 2:00pm Saturday. **Must be able to work Saturdays**.

**Responsibilities include**
- Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
- Tinting & mixing paint
- Following the "Inspirations Way"
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
- Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
- Workplace Health & Safety
- Must be available to work Saturdays

**Experience / Attributes**
- Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
- Well presented both in appearance and communication
- Able to contribute and work in a team environment
- Proven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
- Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints.
- Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Current valid drivers licence
- This role involves heavy lifting up to 20kgs

Pay: $45,849.30 - $75,000.00 per year
