About Us
Join our close-knit Student Enquiry team and play a key role in inspiring, informing, supporting and transition enabling, undergraduate and postgraduate to study at Murdoch University. As a member of our team, you will gain an understanding of the diversity of student journeys and place the student at the centre of our operations.
The Role
Your Key Duties:- Liaise with professional staff across the University to follow up and enable resolution of student and staff enquires in accordance with University’s policies, procedures and processes.- Provide responsive solutions within timeframes and in line with University’s Values.
What you’ll bring to this role- Year 12 or Certificate 2 with demonstrated combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training, and progress towards completion of degree.- Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.- Ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks and projects and to resolve problems.- High level of computer literacy and proficiency.- Ability to deal with a wide range of callers in a professional and engaging manner.
