**About Us**

MannaCare is a community based not-for-profit organisation, which supports older people living in the Eastern Region. We provide and maintain a range of services, including Residential Aged Care and Community Support Services.

**About the role**

Quality Coordinator - Community. RN with community aged care experience and knowledge with the Aged Care Standards and NDIS Standards. The role reports into the Quality Manager.
- Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards, developing appropriate action to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Educating and supporting staff to ensure processes conform to the principles of continuous quality improvement to critically examine practice, practice change, safety and efficiency
- Assisting to monitor compliance, identifying deficiencies and minimising the impact of risks
- Monitoring and advising on the purpose and performance of Quality systems, producing data and reporting on performance and measuring against set standards and the needs of stakeholders
- Acting as point of contact on quality matters as required, coordinating nonconformity and corrective actions
- Leading activities associated with Quality Reviews and meeting external auditing requirements
- Assisting and undertaking audits in line with clinical and non-clinical audit programs
- Analysing data and preparing reports with recommendations, where relevant
- Assisting in the management of clinical/non-clinical and risk elements

**About you**:

- Bachelor in Nursing including AHPRA registration is essential
- Community aged care experience and knowledge with the Aged Care Standards and NDIS Standards
- Demonstrated experience promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated understanding of performance measurement, benchmarking, and service standards in the health sector
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the preparation of reports, briefs and educational materials
- Experience with accreditation, quality reviews and audit processes
