**As the Commercial Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of customer and property services, and the ongoing management of internal process and system reviews / improvements, working in conjunction with company directors.**
**Your key responsibilities will see you**:

- Ensure all facilities programs including reactive and preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements are executed timely and within quality requirements and KPI’s set out by clients and / or management
- Manage the site facilities scope as set out by client and / or management and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritising the required funds to support the required service or scope of work.
- Contractor selection, engagement, negotiation and reviews in conjunction with internal and external procurement teams
- Proactively manage vendors to ensure contractual objectives are met and risk is minimised
- Contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the portfolio and share continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies in the development, implementation and review of safety standards and procedures including Audits.
- Ensure JLRRR & Client OH&S requirements are met and adhered to, at all times

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Facilities / Property Management, ideally underpinned by a background in project coordination or project management in the commercial or retail sectors.
- Ideally, have a track record as a facilities manager in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Have a proven strategic facilities management approach while building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Asset management knowledge and experience
- A performance history in leading and motivating a local and national based contractor and technician network
- Experience with budget responsibility and budget management including CAPEX
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills
- Vendor management experience for specialised services
- Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
- An understanding that Facilities management services involves the provision of both reactive maintenance and routine maintenance across the allocated portfolio with 24-hour call out / contact requirement
- Results focussed and with a problem solving mindset
