**Job Overview**:
As a Foreman in Civil Infrastructure, you will have a track record of ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance on projects. You will be responsible for several projects including industrial and residential sub-divisions, as well as many major infrastructures. This is a permanent full-time role based in the Brisbane Region

**Key Duties**:

- Responsible for promoting job safety and environmental awareness among employees, subcontractors, and all individuals involved in the project
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures in collaboration with relevant employees
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of plant, labor, and subcontractors to meet or exceed production targets and take necessary actions
- Promptly notify senior supervisors of any potential variations to the contract and maintain effective records
- Organize, coordinate, and lead construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with relevant specifications, codes, and standards, and provide induction and training for all personnel to ensure competence in their roles and responsibilities

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Trade qualification related to Civil/Infrastructure
- Experience relevant to the designated project, with a previous experience as a Foreman
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements, and the ability to implement them
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
