This is a perfect opportunity for a Foreman who is looking to make the step up to Site Manager in the near future.

The first project you will work on is a large townhouse development, with beautifully designed architecture.

**The Position**:
As Foreman, you will support the Site Manager and drive the subcontractors on a large townhouse development project. All projects have a dedicated Site Manager, Foreman, CA and employee labourer.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage a high number of labourers and tradesmen on site.
- Trade background (compulsory) and tertiary building qualification highly regarded.
- Ability to build solid client relationships and manage personnel to operate cohesively within a team environment.
- Strong technical, planning & programming skills.
- Extensive knowledge of building trades, and how to push projects.
- Above average administration skills with a keen eye for managing budgets, preliminaries and variation management.
- Good safety & company system management skills.
- Experience in high volume townhouse projects advantageous.
