We are seeking an engaging and dynamic **People Services Administrator** to join us on a full-time, 12-month maternity leave cover located at our South Guildford Corporate Office.

In this dual role, you’ll split your time between reception and providing HR administrative support. You’ll handle high-volume tasks related to employee lifecycle processes with precision, monitor and action People Services Helpdesk requests and assist customers and visitors both in person and over the phone.

You’ll manage on-boarding, internal movements, and terminations in SuccessFactors. Additionally, you’ll support the wider People & Culture team with tasks like invoicing, ordering stationery, and general admin duties.

**To be successful, the following is required**:

- Previous admin role in a shared services or dynamic team environment
- Proven ability to provide exceptional service
- Exercise initiative, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
- Manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Proactively assess issues and identify solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with invoicing, SuccessFactors, and SAP is seen as highly desirable
