We are looking for a **Commercial Programs Training Coordinator** to join our genU Training division, established to deliver valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses

As the **Commercial Programs Training Coordinator, **you will support the development, implementation, and execution of new and emerging training programs. You will market, organise, and coordinate non-accredited & accredited training short courses & micro credentials to organisations, community-centred businesses, employment services providers, schools and the general public

You will plan short courses that cover the following fields:

- Mental health, diversity & inclusion education
- Professional development for internal & external stakeholders
- Employment service providers & their clients
- Professional development for external community services, aged care & disability organisations
- Government funded training programs designed to meet industry training/recruitment needs

**_This is a full-time, fixed term opportunity, based in Geelong._**

**About You**:
We are looking for an excellent communicator with effective interpersonal skills. Our ideal **Commercial Programs Training Coordinator** will have:

- High-level problem-solving skills, organisation and time management skills
- Strong administration or office management skills
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft office suite
- A solid understanding of relevant quality & regulatory frameworks
- An understanding of units of competency and training/assessment of accredited training
- You will need the following:_
- Current Drivers Licence, car and willingness to travel
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
