**Your Opportunity**

The ServiceNow specialist develops technical solutions and supports Missions ServiceNow solutions, advise users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Development and implementation - full SDLC.
- Analysis and design of software solutions.
- Maintain and extend documentation extensively.
- Improve and optimise processes and procedures.
- Second level support and third level support activities - BAU component.
- Analysis and design in alignment with third level support issues following Missions “configuration first” strategy.

**Requirements for Success**
- 3 years full time experience Service now - ITSM module
- Experience in Service now - integration hub and strong API skills
- Aware of all traditional architectural domains, Business, Application, Integration, Data, Information and Infrastructure & Technical
- Strength in infrastructure and technical domain preferred
- Strong knowledge of cloud, PaaS - ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 suite essential
- Demonstrated design, build and run skills in ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure IaaS (incl. Azure AD), SaaS, platform integration, data classification and categorisation
