About this opportunity

**Your top contributions in this role will include**:
Providing leadership and expertise on Credit Risk across the Sales Team, including uplifting the credit risk capability of the team. This includes assisting with the development and uplifting of the underlying credit and risk management skills of the Credit Team.
Liaising with customers directly to assess their finance needs and suitability for a SilverChef product.
Contributing to projects as required by the business.

What you’ll need to succeed

5+ years’ experience in financial services with exposure to commercial credit and risk management.
Expert understanding of credit analysis and policies as well as risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
High understanding of the indicators of financial distress, potential loss and fraud.
Significant Financial statement analysis experience.
