**An essential role in reproductive health**
Our Patient Enquiry Coordinator will have direct contact with prospective patients and triage incoming enquiries via both the web-based platforms and the phone. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will promote the Monash IVF Group brand to convert enquiries into specialist appointments. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Inquiry Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing prospective patients with information and support
- Booking appointments for patients with fertility specialists
- Meeting KPIs with regards to enquiry intake and lead conversion

Understanding there are ups and downs in reproductive health, they'll stand brave as they persevere for the patients in our care. Our Patient Enquiry Coordinator will have a genuine interest in women's health and be sensitive to the needs of patients and display exceptional communication skills leading with care and compassion. Ideally you will bring the following:

- Experience in the fertility industry (advantageous)
- Demonstrated understanding of the IVF process
- A caring compassionate nature to nurture a patients fertility journey
- Outstanding telephone and written communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Values
