Join us in a role with unique responsibilities

You will play a significant role in the smooth running and efficiency of our brand-new day surgery hospital. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class day surgery services to our patients undertaking procedures and assist in implementing processes for documentation and evaluation of the standards of services provided. The role will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of patients, positioning of patients, cleaning of theatre, and equipment used for surgical procedures.

Understanding there are ups and downs in reproductive health, you will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will be a passionate team player who has a commitment to quality, best practice and workplace safety. Ideally you will bring the following:

- Theatre Technician Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in theatre or Day Hospital as a theatre technician
- Knowledge of healthcare quality systems, accreditation processes and regulation
- Experience in a fertility setting (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service and patient care
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Time management skills with an ability to cope under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced new environment
- Thrive in a team environment
- Working with Children Check (WCC)
