Support the delivery of day to day HR Operational activities and contribute to the success of our people and work with purpose.


Job Description:

Your New Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator seeking variety and challenging work to support business operations and integration.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide first level HR information and advice, triaging and coordinating responses as required
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including new starter paperwork, facilitating inductions and conducting exit interviews
  • Supporting the administration of the employee life cycle: role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment
  • Maintaining HR records and employee files
  • Meeting, catering and event coordination, travel arrangements and office support as required
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications:

About you

  • You have the ability to work under pressure and priority tasks to meet deadlines
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with attention to detail
  • You've had exposure to HR systems
