**The Job..**

As a direct report to the Team Leader, your role entails the following responsibilities:

- Receiving incoming calls from customers with regards to various retail and wealth products related inquiries
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries
- Effectively resolving issues raised by clients and customers
- Working towards achieving KPIs and meeting targets

**You.**

To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in the following areas, coupled with the personal traits mentioned below:

- One year of experience in customer service within a call centre environment
- A degree in business, economics, commerce, or a related field is desirable
- You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the flexibility to work shifts between 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
