**Position Title: Regional Finance Business Partner**

**Region: Australia**

**Division: Corporate**

**Reports to (Position)**:General Manager Finance**

**Directly Reporting Positions: Nil**

**Location: Osborne Park WA**

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Provide support to the regional in all commercial matters relating to the region.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ownership of daily reporting to management team
- Ownership of monthly Regional P&L, and monthly re-forecast
- Report the monthly results of the Region
- Analyse Rental Division business and reporting of KPI’s on weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and implement improvements to Emeco accounting systems and processes with regard to the reporting requirements of all Emeco business groups.
- Partner with regional GM’s and maintenance managers to assist in tracking monthly profitability and provide insight on regional earnings
- Participate in wider Portfolio Management activities as required including market analysis and operations and ad hoc analyses and project work.
- Ensure all reconciliations are completed and reconciled.
- Ensure Australian Accounting Standards are followed at all times.

**EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), or equivalent
- Certificates: N/A
- Languages: N/A

**TECHNICAL SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years’ experience within an accounting environment.
- Commercial knowledge of the Earthmoving Industry as relevant to financial reporting.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of financial accounting /management accounting principles.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to develop best practice solutions.
- Ability to build relationship with stakeholders at multiple levels in multiple locations

- Comply with the Emeco Injury Management Plan.
- Actively participate in tool box and pre-start meetings as required.
- Assist with representatives conducting incident and hazard investigations.
