Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services. We are currently looking for an experienced Culinary Project Trainer, to work within our specialised and dedicated Business Transformation team, who manage and deliver enterprise-wide transformational change programs in an agile and sustainable manner.

Reporting to the National Culinary Manager, this role will support the in-house development and operational implementation of our enterprise menu management system, and necessary integrations with other business systems, one of Compass Group Australia’s key strategic projects.

**The Position**
- Ensuring compliance with all project catering requirements
- Liaise with site teams and broader business, supporting implementation and training of MyFood systems and processes
- Support the development and revision of project training materials
- Ensure all assigned sites are recorded using tools provided, and documented on a daily basis
- Ensure high standard of service delivery, keeping project team updated on progress milestones
- Interface with internal & external customers as required, to ensure professional completion of all project activities

**The Person**
- A culinary chef background is essential to be successful in this training position
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly, with regular site travel required
- Extensive training experience, introducing new methods, effectively bringing people along the journey.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, throughout large organisations
- Drivers License, Cert 4 in Training and Assessing, and Chef Qualifications are all required

A Monday to Friday role, these positions will require consistent travel throughout our urban and remote sectors, ideally out of Brisbane. Your passion for exceptional customer service, genuine commitment to safety and strong people management skills are essential for you to succeed in this role.
