**About the role**

Loan processing Assistant /Data Entry / Assisting Loan processing Officer
- Ensure completion of jobs as per daily schedule
- Effective and timely resolution of data issues
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Confirm that documentation is completed according to job requirements and Imaging Department standards
- Managing the data input for loan documentation and ensuring all supporting documentation has been received
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Proven ability to meet targets and achieve excellent results
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise
- Demonstrated experience in a process driven environment
- Strong team player
- Strong communication skill with the clients and the financial institutes

Working Hours/days: Currently looking for Full-time Permanent/ Possible to change to Part-time Permanent

**Who were looking for**
1) Accounting / Finance / Business Administration Study background
- preferable
2) Loan writing, Loan processing work experiences - highly preferable
3) Excellent organisational skills and Time management skills
4) Good computing skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
5) High Level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride with work
6) Friendly and confident interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
7) Self-motivated with a keen desire to go above and beyond
8) 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (Banking /Finance industry)
9) A quick learner
