As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Some of the specifics
- Telstra Store Cranbourne - Shop 26 Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre High Street, Cranbourne VIC 3977
- Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday to Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Full Time Positions Available
Duties
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

Skills and experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
