Templestowe, Australia The Retirement Catering Company Full time

The Retirement Catering Company are looking for a kitchen all rounder with hospitality experience to assist with food prepping & dining room service on Thursday & Friday 1pm - 6pm at our site in Templestowe, Victoria.

Barista & basic cooking skills would be highly desirable as well.

Note that this is only an ad for a small job, 2 days a week (10h) is guaranteed but there are optional other days when there is availability. We do have other sites as well and if you are willing to travel there my be more work in the future.

Job description includes:

- assisting chef with food preparations
- assisting with dining room service & clean up
- re-heating food prepared by the head chef and serving dinner to a room of 8-12 people
- preparing salads and sandwiches
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room.
- closing down the kitchen in the end of the day
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Previous food handling experience.
- Ability to work on your own.
- The ability to work Thursday & Friday 1pm - 6pm.
