Compliance & Assurance Lead
We are currently in search of a Compliance and Assurance Lead for a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our Sales and Member Services business aligns with member expectations, while also upholding rigorous standards of risk management, compliance and quality assurance.

**What will you be doing**:
- Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders, including risk, compliance and assurance professionals across the business.
- Develop and improve frameworks that help the business in complying with regulatory obligations and RAC policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunities and develop strategies to address them
- Support quality assurance programs and risk management including control assessments and key control testing.
- Supporting the business in the design of new programs or projects to help ensure high quality services and effective risk management.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation, proactively recommending adjustments to compliance strategies as necessary

- Strong risk management, compliance and assurance-related skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex compliance issues
- Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are desirable.
