Located in an affluent inner CBD suburb, this progressive boutique law firm provides a range of legal services to individuals and SMEs.
**The Role**
This is a great opportunity for a Conveyancing Clerk looking to join a supportive and experienced practice of other law clerks and lawyers.
With a focus on residential conveyancing matters, your duties may include:
- Prepare documents and review contracts
- Prepare transfers, stamp duty declaration forms and other relevant paperwork
- Obtain certificates and conduct relevant searches
- Coordinate settlements
- Prepare client invoices
- Post settlement duties including final letters to client
- General administrative duties including opening new files, data-entry and archiving files
**Skills & Expertise**
- 2+ years experience as a conveyancing clerk, managing files from start to end
- The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude
