An exciting new opportunity is available for Helpdesk Support Analyst at a Market Leading Managed Service Provider. This is permanent position located near Chatswood. The organisation offers a flexible and collaborative working environment with excellent facilities on site.
**Your new role**
- The primary purpose of this role is to provide Level 1 and 2 support to clients in a range of different industries
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Troubleshooting skills within Windows 7, 8 and 10 Desktop Environments.
- Experience troubleshooting in a Vmware environment
- Experience with cloud services (O365)
- Networking/ infrastructure skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Printers)
- Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider is highly desirable
