**Who are we looking for?**:
Due to service growth we are seeking a Clinical Educator to empower and educate our nursing staff within Residential Aged Care. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging education programs via a range of different delivery models.

The Clinical Educator will liaise closely with our Clinical leadership team to determine training needs analysis, from both a planned and periodic employee developmental/training needs. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the skills, capability and engagement of our nursing workforce.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Develop & deliver clinical based training and education programs for nursing & care staff across residential aged care
- Utilise a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices
- Develop training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works Promote a high standard of evidence based clinical care to all clients focusing on current best practice knowledge
- Promote a positive learning environment and provide education to clinical and care staff including mentorship and coaching.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working as an educator in clinical or aged care setting and broad working clinical knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in utilising a range of teaching and learning strategies to support staff development including eLearning platforms
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment _(desirable)_
