**The Opportunity**:

**About You**:

- You are a senior IT specialist
- You have experience with contract reviews requiring substantive negotiations
- You have experience with SaaS, infrastructure agreements and cloud based work
- You may be a strong generalist who is familiar with IT contracts
- You may have industry experience (preferred, but not essential)
- You have the ability to be a doer and are confident being on the tools
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have a minimum of 10 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
