**Skills and Experience needed**:

- Experience dealing with complex contracts/larger projects, providing input on transaction documentation, obtaining information from stakeholders, etc
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- Ability to be a doer and confident being on the tools
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Government experience will be well regarded
- The ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- A current practising certificate
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia
