You will be learning from industry experts and be at the forefront of cutting-edge IaC technology each and every day. The best part is we are investing in you for the long term so each of our Graduates will likely see a transition into a full-time role as an Engineer after the 12 months in your chosen discipline. Our aim is to support your learning and upskilling from day 1 so you can to be in the best position to make an impact - we will shape your experiences to your ambitions and motivations.
You’ll be working with a 13-time gold and 5-time advanced specialisation Microsoft partner. You only get to this level with industry leading tech professionals and we are absolutely proud to have some of the best. This means our partners will provide you with over 6 certifications during the program to gear yourself up and you’ll have a network of expert LAB3sters guiding you along the way.
Day to day, you’ll be part of a collaborative team who is always challenging the status quo, solving client problems and making waves on a global scale. We work flexibly and recognise the importance of your wellbeing - we are committed to balance and embracing a hybrid work model at home and both our Melbourne/Sydney offices.
About the program
Our 12-month graduate program is designed to nurture your passion for technology through accelerating, aligning and diversifying your learning. The best part is we invest in you long term which is why all our Graduates are hired permanently with the opportunity to roll into an Engineer role within your specialised discipline (think Data, Security, Infrastructure )
Through a flexible yet structured journey, you’ll have the opportunity to not only build your technical skills but also your professional self. You will be immersed in on the job learning, self guided experiences, project and product environments, rotations across our practices, secondments and formal training to gain accredited Microsoft and Hashicorp certifications as part of your recognised portfolio. You will work closely with assigned buddies and leaders who will navigate your exposure towards a pivotal career in Technology.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant industry qualification(s) in Information Technology, Computer Science or Data Analytics
- A clear driven ambition to become a Cloud Engineer professional
- Experience with hands on coding, programming and engineering practices
- Experience with computing technologies. Don’t worry though, we’ll teach you all you need to know. This is a learning opportunity after all, but we do seek out some foundational awareness and skills
- A strong problem solving, critical thinking and growth mindset backed by a desire to advance
- An ability to think on your feet, deliver high quality outcomes and take initiative when matters
- An autonomous, team focused and collaborative working approach
