**THE ROLE**

Our Resource Coordinators/Schedulers are responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of client services to Community Support Workers. Our high performing team are continually working to ensure that client requirements are met and our staff are supported with rosters that are full and efficiently planned.

These positions **(operating on a 7-day per week roster between 6am and 8pm)** are offered on a permanent basis (part time and full time), working from our Subiaco office.

**ABOUT YOU**

Successful applicants will demonstrate advanced-level administrative skills and an unwavering commitment to superior customer service delivery.

**_ Competencies & Behaviours_**
- Previous experience with rostering and allocation of shifts
- Demonstrated high-level administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a tight knit team
- Professional phone manner and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Office 365
- Experienced within the Aged Care industry _(desirable)_

**_Essential Criteria_**
- Evidence of COVID-19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6-months validity)_
- Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks
