**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Home Care Scheduler you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective scheduling of client services to our Community Support Workers and Clinical staff, whilst providing exceptional customer service.

You will join a high performing team who are continually working to ensure that client requirements are met and our staff are supported with schedules that are full and efficiently planned.

This position is offered on a permanent full time basis working on a rotating roster covering Monday to Sunday 6am to 8pm predominantly based from our Subiaco corporate office. _(Please note, parking is not provided however there are multiple options within walking distance, and we are less than a 10min walk from the Subiaco train station). _

The successful applicant will demonstrate advanced-level administrative skills and an unwavering commitment to superior customer service delivery.

- Demonstrated high-level administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a tight knit team
- Professional phone manner and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Office 365
- Previous experience with rostering or scheduling (desirable)
- Experienced within the Aged Care industry (desirable)

**_Essential Criteria_**
- Evidence of COVID-19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6-months validity)_
- Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks
