**About Your New Role**

Are you a resilient and patient leader who thrives on making the biggest impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking Service Leaders to support our team and valued customers in Capalaba. You will be leading your team by actively supporting and creating an environment that promotes communication, continuous improvement, and skill development. You will be providing supervision and support to our customers and demonstrating your experience with high complex needs in and outside of residential care. You will be confident in managing day to day operations, facilitating support, and actively connecting with all stakeholders to inspire partnerships. Our Service Leaders create opportunities of support that encourage every individual to realise the possibilities available to them.

**About You**
- Experience in leading diverse teams and implanting Positive Behaviour Plans
- Demonstrate high levels of expertise in de-escalation and can confidently implement care plans
- Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- You have extensive experience working with mental health, challenging and complex behaviours (further training provided)
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- Experience working with high complex customers providing residential care and community access

**What You Need**:
The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain:

- Current Open Driver's Licence
- Full COVID 19 Vaccinations
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow card)
- Working with Children (Blue card)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
