This role requires someone with strong phone manners, the ability to handle customer complaints effectively, and a knack for resolving issues promptly.


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills.

Customer Service:

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Communication Management:

  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with customers.

Complaint Resolution:

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to prevent recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to find effective resolutions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prioritize and multitask duties effectively.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and documentation.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
