**Mental Health Administrative Coordinator**

**About the Role**
- You will be responsible for the effective supervision of the administrative services in Ramsay Clinic Hollywood, the Mental Health Unit at Hollywood Private Hospital.
- You will report to the Director of Clinical Services (Mental Health)

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will act as a positive role model while demonstrating an ability to foster a culture that is positive, friendly, cooperative and forward thinking. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will assist in your ability to lead a team and maintain positive relationships with all staff and customers.

**Essential**:

- Experience supervising an administrative team
- Experience facilitating and providing training to clerical/administrative staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement, sound problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Current working knowledge of medical terminology
- Sound level of computer skills, including proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel

**Desirable**
- Working knowledge of Meditech
- Experience with medical billing processes

**Remuneration**:
**On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $45.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.**
