Performance & Reporting Manager

BGIS is a leading provider of integrated facilities management and project management services. For our key contract, we manage a substantial volume of maintenance work nationwide, encompassing 18,000 reactive and 13,000 planned tasks annually. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and are currently seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy individual to join our team as a Data and Reporting Manager.
**Role Overview**:
The Data and Reporting Manager plays a pivotal role in managing significant volumes of financial and operational data to ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of the BP Contract. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, and a passion for deep-diving into data to generate actionable insights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly reports to the client (generated in MS Word).
- Monitor and drive results within the reports to achieve contractual KPIs, collaborating with the account team and vendors to address any shortfalls.
- Focus on planned and reactive works, statutory compliance, health and safety requirements, financial management and reporting, data integrity, and asset management changes and scheduling.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of contract data, identifying and addressing systemic reconciliation issues.
- Generate and update Power BI Dashboards to provide insights into maintenance spend and performance.
- Maintain the vendor pricing matrix to reconcile data with the Planned Maintenance Schedule and vendor agreements.
- Set up and govern regular vendor performance reporting templates for key suppliers.
- Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and records in accordance with contract requirements and BGIS quality management system standards. Provide support to the Contract Manager on daily tasks as required.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on property/facility information and trends.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables, V Lookups, graphical representation, and trend analysis.
- Power BI reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of MS Word for producing quality reports.
- Ideally, experience in integrated services and property models delivering Facilities Management or Project Management Services.
- Understanding of computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Manhattan/ E Maintenance Plus) is a plus.
- Experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry.
- Strong attention to detail with proven capability of working within QA, OH&S, and environmental systems. Ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
