As an Electrical Fitter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining Queensland's New Generation Rolling Stock (QNGR). This exciting opportunity entails both corrective and preventative maintenance, along with engaging in modification activities across the entire fleet of 75 trains. The QNGR project stands as the largest in rail across QLD, offering stable employment
prospects for at least 35 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform fault diagnosis, identification, and rectification on the electrical and mechanical systems of the trains.
- Execute routine examinations based on the Technical Maintenance Plan.
- Provide technical advice and support the Depot Team Leader in addressing in-service faults to ensure fleet performance and reliability targets are met and enhanced.
- Conduct necessary technical modifications.
- Perform post-work testing and validation as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Hold an Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification.
- Possess relevant industry licenses/tickets (training can be provided).
- Strong fault-finding abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
