**A bit about you...**
As the Team Leader for the Disability Services Employment, you will motivate, mentor, inspire and support team members to create education or employment opportunities that result in sustainable outcomes for participants. Your role will have a strong focus on outcomes for participants and will drive performance by providing support to the Disability Services Employment team.

You will engage with participants, source vacancies that meet their needs and secure vacancies that will provide long term outcomes for our participants. You'll assist and support the Business Manager with day to day operations including completing reports and providing team leadership and coaching for staff.

This is a 12 month contract, based in Southport, until December 2023.

**A bit about your experience and quals**
Ideally, you will have experience in Disability Employment Services along with leading, motivating and managing small teams with the ability to complete and deliver multiple tasks and priorities.

If you have excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills as well as the ability to work as a member of a team; have experience in using ESS; have a strong client focus and a desire to be a part of a growing, high achieving and successful service organisation; you are a self-motivated individual with a positive approach to a continuously changing working environment and who is flexible to work across multiple sites in Queensland and above all, your values align with ours, then we highly recommend you visit;
