We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Leader to join our team, who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of administration officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of administration officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Administration Operations Manager to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall team performance.
* Monitor and manage workload distribution, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
* Act as a key point of contact between administration staff and other hospital departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Oversee the maintenance of accurate and effective record management systems, including the preparation and management of medical records.

About You:

* Proven experience in a leadership role within an administrative or healthcare setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process improvements.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with patient management systems (desirable).
* Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
