**About the Role**:
Due to our continued growth, NRW Holdings has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced **HR Officer** to join our dynamic Human Resources team located in our Belmont Head Office. Working alongside our high performing HR Advisory Team, you will be a highly motivated individual where your high standards of service and attention to detail will shine through into your work.

**To be considered for this position as a HR Officer you must possess the following as a minimum**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ related discipline or equivalent is highly desired but not essential
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a HR Administrative position
- Have the capability to travel to Project sites as required
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinker and have strong initiative
- Assisting with all aspects of the employee life cycle status
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge and ability to interpret employment contracts and industrial instrument/s including knowledge of relevant legislation
- Strong data analytical skills, including the use of MS Excel
- Hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality and credibility

**As a HR Officer reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Providing assistance to HR Advisory team
- Travel to site to assist in investigations and meet with Project management teams
- Support and coordinate group requirements as an accredited business sponsor for all international recruitment and visa holders throughout the NRW group of companies
- Generating end of month IR/ER reports and employee turnover reports
- Monitoring and actioning significant dates such as casual service, max term contracts and visa holders
- Providing assistance in drafting HR correspondence
- Conducting research on topics as requested by the HR Advisory team
- Coordinating and executing HR related projects as allocated
- Contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
