Working in the sales and investment management team this role is the glue that holds buyers and external agents together to ensure a smooth process when buying off plan apartments.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Working in the sales team you will manage the sales process from the launch of a new project through to settlement to ensure a smooth transaction for clients. You will also have the scope to get involved in channel agent management and retail leasing.
- Liaison with solicitors, banks and brokers
- Order contracts, chase exchanges and nurture buyers to settlement
- Book valuations, final inspections and arrange rental appraisals
- Receipt deposits
- Ensure funds are in place for settlement to take place
- Communicate construction updates with buyers
- Manage compliance for all sales paperwork
- Attend launch events, key hand overs and pre-settlement inspections
- Act as central point of contact for all channel agents
- Distribute marketing and pricing information to channel agents
- Manage retail leasing inquiry and coordinate inspections
- A solid understanding of the residential sales process
- Experience with contract administration
- The ability to take instructions and work as a part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A passion for property and a love for administration
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Ability to build relationship and drive outcomes
