- Varied role supporting Managing Director in a high-level capacity

As the executive assistant to Managing Director in this company you will play an integral role in the support of the owner and will assist in key projects.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Provide confidential and executive support to the owner
- Assist with diary management and travel coordination
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings for the owner, including coordination of attendees organising pre-brief where required and record of minutes, as required.
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information
- Assist with writing and amending legal documentation for review
- General administrative duties as required

About you:

- Previous experience in an EA/PA in a professional services environment
- Experience within the construction industry highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
- Interest and/or background in HR advantageous
